My Approach

As a therapist, I place deep value on fostering self-compassion and helping clients build a more peaceful, accepting relationship with themselves. I believe in normalizing the full range of human experience—our emotions, our missteps, and the complexities of our relationships. Healing often begins when we can make space for our imperfections rather than fight against them.

Having been in therapy myself, I understand what it’s like to sit in your seat—the vulnerability, the uncertainty, and the profound relief that can come from being truly seen. This perspective helps me show up with genuine empathy and grounded support, guiding clients as they learn to honor their emotions, navigate challenges with kindness, and embrace the fullness of who they are.
